聯(lián)邦速遞的經(jīng)營(yíng)城市僅有上海市、深圳市、廣州市、杭州市、天津市、大連市、鄭州市、成都市，UPS的經(jīng)營(yíng)城市只有上海市、廣州市、深圳市、天津市、西安市，二者經(jīng)營(yíng)城市范疇都未超出10個(gè)。業(yè)內人士認為，聯(lián)邦速遞、UPS精準定位國際市場(chǎng)，網(wǎng)上購物業(yè)務(wù)流程占有**比例的中通快遞、韻達快遞等“四通一達”并不受蔓延到。反倒是順豐速度與EMS，將*先應對聯(lián)邦速遞、UPS之間的競爭。聯(lián)邦速遞等外資企業(yè)物流公司進(jìn)到中國時(shí)，快遞服務(wù)由國家商務(wù)部所管，經(jīng)營(yíng)并不受限制。2009年10月1日，《快遞業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)許可管理辦法》跟新改動(dòng)的《郵政法》同歩執行，除開(kāi)初次法律上確立快遞公司企業(yè)的地位、明確提出快遞行業(yè)準入條件之外，還要求投資者不可資產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)信函國內快遞服務(wù)，造成各大快遞行業(yè)巨頭中國快遞服務(wù)均或多或少受影響。上年，DHL把它運營(yíng)國內快遞行業(yè)的全一快遞****股權售賣(mài)，退出了國內物流銷(xiāo)售市場(chǎng)。
