MSDS流程：

一、填寫(xiě)MSDS申請表；

二、收到申請表后我們的工作人員會(huì )聯(lián)系客戶(hù)，并發(fā)付款通知書(shū)，客戶(hù)須將銀行憑證回傳，收到水單后安排MSDS編制工作；

三、MSDS報告完成后，我們會(huì )將MSDS報告按照客戶(hù)指定的收取方式發(fā)送給客戶(hù)。

一份完整規范的MSDS必須具備以下十六項內容：

1. identification of the substance 物質(zhì)的識別號

2. composition/information on ingredients 合成／成分方面的數據

3. hazards identification 危險識別號

4. first-aid measures 急救措施

5. fire-fighting measures 消防措施

6. accidental release measures 出事故時(shí)解除痛苦的措施

7. handling and storage 處置和儲藏

8. exposure controls/personal protection 接觸控制和個(gè)人保護

9. physical and chemical properties 物理和化學(xué)性質(zhì)

10. stability and reactivity 穩定性和反應性

11. toxicological information 毒物資料

12. ecological information 生態(tài)資料

13. disposal considerations 丟棄考慮

14. transport information 運輸資料

15. regulatory information 規章
